This company is looking to recruit a technically outstanding Applications Scientist/Engineer to support the sales team. The successful candidate will perform the technical aspects of both sales and applications support to a wide variety of customers, both commercial and academic, across a broad range of scientific disciplines. You will have at least a BSc in an applied physics or chemical engineering. A PhD would be preferred. Knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics would be key to this role. Experience using mathematical modelling techniques in research is essential. You will be visiting companies and providing support to a wide range of industries from Pharmaceutical to Engineering companies. The office is based in the South East where you will be based if you are not visiting customers. You will have a pool car available to get to sites when necessary.
