The role will involve supporting customers and sales specialists from a technical and operational perspective on a range of genomic research instruments. The majority of this support will be given by telephone and e-mail although you will have the opportunity to travel up to 25% of the time. The successful candidate will be a graduate with research experience using microarray technology or a PhD level scientist with microarray experience.
