This company is looking for a confident individual who is experienced in running Phase I and/or early Phase II clinical trials. As many of this CRO's clients have no prior experience of clinical research you will need to be able to hit the ground running and assume full control from day one. Apart from the management of trials, you will be the first point of contact for the companys clients, you will be responsible for the preparation and provision of training to new starters and you will also get involved in the companys business development.
