In 1997 Seltek was one of the first recruitment companies to recognize and exploit the power of the internet for the benefit of our clients and candidates alike. Since then we have continued to invest heavily into this resource. We are still regarded by most commentators as being in the forefront of recruitment companies where our relationship with the worldwide web is concerned. FastTrack represents the next stage in the development of our website, and offers all our contacts unsurpassed levels of control over the recruitment process.

Clients can submit jobs, and check and amend those jobs online. You can see how many candidates have responded to the jobs, and search the database for candidates with the required skillsets and arrange interviews. Clients hiring contract workers can inspect and authorise timesheets.

Candidates can register, keep your profile updated, submit CV's and other documentation, complete online timesheets and search for the perfect career. You won't have to spend time searching through pages and pages of jobs unrelated to your skills. Using FastTrack's powerful search tools, you won’t see vacancies in fields you didn't specify, or demanding skills you didn't ask the system to search on. Searches will be concise and will match your criteria exactly. Once you've applied for a job you will be able to carefully monitor the progress of your application.
